Policies

BOOKING YOUR RESERVATION:  A deposit of 40% is required at the time of booking.  Final payment is due thirty (30) days prior to your arrival, sixty (60) days prior for holiday week reservations. Observed holidays: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, Presidents Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans’ Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
If booking a reservation within thirty (30) days of your arrival, the full amount is due at the time of booking.

CHECK IN—CHECK OUT:  Check in is 3:00 P.M. or after on your arrival date.  Check out is by 11:00 A.M. on your departure date.  Advance notice for early arrivals or late departures will be appreciated, unless you have an unforeseeable or unexpected occurrence.

SECURITY DEPOSIT:    We obtain credit card information for the security deposit, which will be authorized seven (7) days prior to your arrival, and the funds must be available seven (7) days after your departure.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  With the exception of holidays, cancellations made thirty (30) days prior to arrival receive a refund, less $100 handling fee.  Cancellations made within a shorter time, all monies are forfeited unless your exact dates are re-booked.  Holiday cancellations made sixty (60) days prior to arrival receive a refund, less $100 handling fee.  Holiday cancellations made within  a shorter time, all monies are forfeited unless your exact dates are re-booked.  The amount recovered from re-bookings will be refunded,  less a $100 handling fee. Late arrivals, early departures, or no shows do not qualify for refunds.
